To show our appreciation, Canton Valley Dental has implemented a new referral rewards program. Current patients may give a gift card to any friend or family member (unlimited) who may be looking for a friendly, high quality dental office like ours. Fill in your name as the referring patient on the back of the card and pass it along.
New patients should enter their name on the back of the card and bring it to their first appointment at Canton Valley Dental to receive $25.00 off their dental treatment. When the office receives the referral card from the new patient, the referring patient will also receive a gift certificate by mail, for $25.00 off any of his/her future dental treatment.
